KyJah Camacho is a multidisciplinary dance artist, educator and creative based in Toronto, Ontario. Beginning her dance journey at age nine, she has trained extensively in jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, acro, tap, ballet and hip-hop. She holds a BFA in Dance, Choreography & Performance from York University, where she further expanded her practice through modern, breakdancing, West African dance and ballet.

Throughout her career, KyJah has taught at studios across Canada and performed with entertainment companies specializing in event experiences. She continues to develop her artistry as a member of The Movmnt Collective, a professional industry program focused on commercial choreography, hip-hop and performance.

Beyond the studio, KyJah brings her creativity and organizational skills to content strategy, creative direction and dance administration. Through her work with For The Culture, a nonprofit dedicated to dance education in Afro-Diasporic dance forms, she contributes to initiatives that support cultural awareness, artistic development and community connection.

Driven by a passion for creative expression and building meaningful opportunities, KyJah has now founded DARE2DREAM, a community-centred creative platform connecting people with dance, arts and event services. Rooted in the belief that artists deserve space to grow, create and share their work, DARE2DREAM reflects her vision of making creative opportunities more accessible while fostering collaboration and artistic growth.

Across her work in dance education, choreography, creative direction, content creation and administration, KyJah continues to explore the many ways artistry can bring people together and create lasting impact.
